The My eQuals Success Story – Case study with Monash University

Monash University was an early pioneer of My eQuals, driving the conversation for a national platform in the Digital Student Data (DSD) initiative in 2015-2016.

Monash University jumped on board very early with My eQuals, back in mid-2017. We saw My eQuals as a way to not only uplift the student experience, but to provide students with a contemporary, secure, streamlined service that enables them to receive their credentials in a timely manner.

Monash University attempts to be digitally enabled wherever possible. For the university, this was a no-brainer in terms of being able to deliver credentials to students in a digital fashion, rather than the “old fashioned” printing and mailing it was accustomed to.

The results

Monash University – one of the original universities coming together to form My eQuals – fully leveraged the platform for the digital issuance of Transcripts, Testamurs, AHEGs & Supporting Letters.

In the process, it eliminated 90% of administrative efforts, established a one-stop-shop for students accessing digital credentials and enabled learners with academic documents to have them shared securely online with employers and educational institutions.
